Labour Wages, Fringe Benefit as Hedonic Motivation for Employee Workplace Behaviour in Corporate Establishment

The study assessed labour wages, fringe benefits as hedonic motivation for employee workplace behaviour. Adopting a descriptive and quantitative approach, the survey method was adopted to collect data from 436 participants population of 736 staff eight selected commercial banks in cross river state, Nigeria using purposive, proportional simple random sampling. instrument collection is self-developed administered questionnaire, designed four-point format. Data collected analyzed parametric statistics. Result revealed that 72.2 per cent bank employees believe good wage will improve productivity, 95.2 reported performance deserves pay. All interviewed being paid overtime. 89.9 they go on leave. From analysis carried out, significant correlation exists between recommends, amongst others, management need review their compensation packages
